Chef Ian Sincick
Ian has been working in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 10 years. Originally from Bangkok Thailand, Ian loves to incorporate South East Asian flavors into his cooking. Ian trained at the Culinary Institue of America in New York. Before starting Elevated Table, he was the Banquet Chef at The Little Nell executing events on-site & off-site catering events.
Lauren New
Lauren is Colorado, born & raised. Lauren has been in the valley for over 15 years working in the Food & Beverage industry. She was working with Montangna, Element 47 & Ajax Tavern. Prior to starting Elevated Table, she was the Banquet Director at The Little Nell. Allow Lauren to help coordinate all your event needs & oversee the service portion of your event.
